REFUNDS AND RETURNS
PERISHABLE GOODS POLICY
As our floral creations are organic, perishable, and custom-made to order, we are unable to accept general returns or refunds for a change of mind. All sales are final once the arrangement has been created.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
We pride ourselves on the impeccable quality of our stems. In the unlikely event that your arrangement arrives in a compromised condition, please follow our quality assurance protocol:
- Notify Us Immediately: Contact us within 12 hours of delivery.
- Photographic Proof: Please email clear photographs of the issue (including the stems and packaging) to info@lagrandebeaute.com.
- Resolution: Our team will review the images. If the flowers do not meet our high standards, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or a refund.
Please note: We reserve the right to request the return of the original arrangement for quality control purposes before processing a refund.
NATURAL VARIATIONS
Flowers are living entities. Slight variations in colour, size, and form are a mark of their natural beauty. As perishables, their lifespan depends heavily on their environment. La Grande Beauté cannot be held responsible for flowers that react to extreme heat, draughts, or improper care once they have been delivered.
CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
We understand that plans change. To cancel or amend an order, please contact our studio immediately.
Notification Window: Requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
