Gift Concierge

Flowers, and what should go with them.

When the arrangement alone is not quite enough, we source the rest — a scent, a bottle, a piece of jewellery — and deliver everything together, by hand, as one gift.

Offered with any arrangement from £300. There is no minimum on what we source for you.

The difficult part was never the sending. It was knowing what to send.

How it works

Added to your order, not ordered separately.

I Choose your flowers

Order as you normally would, from £300, then tell us who they are for and what the occasion is.

II We propose the rest

Two or three things that would sit well beside them, with images and costs, sourced from houses and boutiques across London.

III It arrives as one gift

Composed together, wrapped, the card written in your words, and hand-delivered to the door — not as two parcels.

What we do

Sourcing

We find it

A scent, a bottle, a cashmere blanket, a first edition, a piece from a jeweller who does not sell online. We know where things are, and we collect them on the way.

Composition

One gift, not a hamper

The flowers and the object presented as a single considered thing, in our own packaging. Nothing shrink-wrapped, nothing in a basket, no ribbon curled with scissors.

The card

Written in your words

Handwritten, on our stock, in the wording you send us — or we will draft it for you if you tell us the situation and let us find the tone.

Delivery

By hand, and discreetly

Delivered by our own team to a door, a desk or a hotel concierge, timed to arrive when you want it to. No prices anywhere near the recipient.

When it is asked for

  • Birthdays remembered at nine in the morning
  • Apologies, professional and personal
  • New homes, new babies, new appointments
  • Thank-yous after a dinner or a weekend
  • Closing a deal, or keeping a client warm
  • Condolences, handled quietly and quickly

The things people ask

What does it cost?

There is no minimum on what we source — a card, a candle or a watch, it is your decision. The service is offered alongside any arrangement from £300, and our fee for sourcing and composition is confirmed with the proposal, so you see one figure before anything is bought.

How much notice do you need?

Tell us the date it should arrive and we will tell you at once whether it is possible. Short notice is often fine. Anything that must be made, engraved or brought in takes longer, and we will say so before you commit.

I don’t know what they would like.

Tell us what you do know — their age, their house, what they drink, what they collect, what they complained about last month. That is usually more than enough.

Can I use it without ordering flowers?

It is designed to travel with them. The flowers are what make it arrive as one gift rather than a parcel from a shop, and they are what we build everything else around.

Can it be sent anonymously?

Yes. Unbranded packaging, no prices, no invoice, and a card that says only what you want it to say.

Can my assistant deal with you directly?

Most of this work is arranged that way. One named contact here, one there, a record of addresses, dates and what has been sent before, and a monthly invoice rather than a card payment each time.

Tell us who it is for.

Send the arrangement you have in mind, who it is for and the occasion. We will come back with what should go with it, and a costing.
