The City and Canary Wharf are where our corporate work lives: law firms around the Inns of Court and Fleet Street, banks and brokers through Bank, Bishopsgate and Leadenhall, agencies and practices in Clerkenwell and Farringdon, and the towers of E14 from One Canada Square east to Wood Wharf.
Almost none of these addresses is a front door. Most are a security desk in a lobby, a goods entrance down a ramp, or a post room on a lower floor — and in each case the flowers are handed over to somebody who is not the recipient. Getting that handover right is the whole job.

How an arrangement reaches a City desk
Security desks need a full name
Give the recipient’s full name exactly as the building would have it, the company name, and the floor if you know it. A tower in E14 may hold forty firms and several thousand people; a first name and a company is sometimes enough and sometimes not. Where you can add a direct mobile number, the handover is almost always faster.
Goods entrances and post rooms
Larger buildings route deliveries to a loading bay or a post room rather than the lobby, and some will not allow a driver above the ground floor at all. We are used to all of it. What we cannot control is how quickly an internal post room walks the flowers up, so for anything that matters we ask for a mobile number and tell the recipient it is waiting.
Offices close, and weekends are empty
An office delivery needs a working day. Order for Monday to Friday and, wherever possible, for the morning — buildings that accept flowers at nine will often refuse them at half past five, and a Friday evening arrangement sits in a post room until Monday. For a weekend or an evening, send to a home address instead.
Desks, receptions and boardrooms
A box is the right choice for a desk or a reception counter: it is arranged and watered in the studio, sits flat, and needs nothing done to it. For a boardroom, a client event or a new-office opening we make to scale and set the pieces in place ourselves rather than leaving them at a desk.

Most of what we take into EC and E14 is sent for a reason somebody has decided on that morning: a deal signed, a mandate won, a client who said yes, a colleague promoted, a team that worked a weekend. It is usually ordered by an assistant, it usually needs to be there today, and it almost always needs to look considered rather than expensive.
Alongside the gifts we hold company accounts for weekly reception and boardroom flowers: the same arrangement, the same morning each week, replaced by us and the old one taken away. It is invoiced monthly, delivery included, and it is what most of our City relationships begin with.

Order for the morning, and for a weekday
Offices are the one kind of address where the hour genuinely matters. Ask for the morning in the additional delivery information box and we will route the City and E14 early. We do not promise an exact time, but a morning delivery to a staffed building almost never goes wrong.
Ordering on somebody else’s behalf
Assistants and executive offices order from us constantly. Put your own name and email on the order for the receipt, the recipient’s full name and company in the delivery address, and anything the building will need in the notes. We never show a price or an invoice with the flowers.
Company accounts and invoicing
For regular orders we set up an account with monthly invoicing and delivery included, so nobody is paying by card each time. Tell us the volume and we will quote it properly rather than by the stem.
If the building refuses the delivery
It happens — a closed floor, a security rule, an event in the lobby. Our driver telephones the recipient and then you, and we deliver again on the next working day or to an alternative address you give us.
Delivery cost
EC1 to EC4 are inside our central London area, with the charge calculated by postcode at checkout. Canary Wharf and the wider E14 carry a flat charge beyond central London, shown before you pay. Company accounts are quoted with delivery included.
