Questions

Before you order

Do you deliver flowers the same day in London?

Yes. Order from our Same Day Collection by 3pm and it is delivered by 9pm the same evening, anywhere in London, by our own team.

What is the latest I can order for next-day delivery?

10pm. Every arrangement on the site is available next day across all London postcodes when ordered by 10pm. For Sunday delivery, order by 10pm on Friday.

Which areas of London do you deliver to?

Every London postcode. Most of our deliveries go to Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea, Kensington, Notting Hill, St John's Wood, the City and Canary Wharf.

Do you deliver to hotels?

Every day. We deliver regularly to The Peninsula, The Lanesborough and the Bulgari among others. Give us the guest's name and arrival date; we liaise with the concierge so it is in the room, not the lobby.

Who delivers the flowers?

Our own team, never a courier. The person who carries the box to the door knows what is inside it.

Can I see the arrangement before it is delivered?

Yes. We photograph every arrangement before it leaves and will send you the picture on request, so you see it before the recipient does.

Can I track the delivery?

Yes. You receive a live tracking link when the driver sets off, and a notification when the flowers have been handed over.

What if the recipient is out?

The driver calls the recipient. If there is no answer, the flowers are left in a safe, sheltered place or with a neighbour, with a card saying where. If you would rather we did not contact the recipient at all, tell us in the notes at checkout.

Can I send flowers anonymously?

Yes. Leave the card blank or sign it however you wish; nothing with the flowers shows your name or the price.

Do you do weddings, events and corporate flowers?

Yes — weddings from a conversation on Zoom, events and installations, and house accounts for companies and assistants, with one invoice a month.
