The streets we know best
Knightsbridge and Chelsea sit either side of Sloane Street, and between them they hold more porter-managed mansion blocks than anywhere else in London. Much of the skill in delivering here is not the driving — it is knowing which entrance a building actually uses, which porters will telephone a resident and which will not, and which of the garden squares can only be reached from one side.
SW10 is our own part of London, so the Fulham Road end of Chelsea, The Boltons and Chelsea Harbour are the closest deliveries we make all day. If you need flowers somewhere quickly, these are the addresses we can reach fastest.

How an arrangement reaches a Knightsbridge address
Mansion blocks and porters
Most of SW1X and a good deal of SW3 is served by a porter or a head porter rather than a front door. Our driver hands the arrangement over at the desk, gives the resident’s name and flat number, and asks for the porter to telephone upstairs. Give us the flat number at checkout if you have it; without one, a porter in a large block may sign for flowers and then hold them for days.
Gated and private estates
Several of the newer Chelsea developments sit behind a gatehouse with a barrier and a visitor log. We are used to this and it costs nothing in time, but the recipient’s full name must match the name on the resident list. A shortened first name is the single most common reason a delivery is turned away at a gate.
Narrow streets and residents’ parking
The streets off Walton Street, the crescents behind Brompton Road and much of the World’s End have no loading space at all. Our driver parks where they legally can and walks the last part; large boxes and tall stands are carried two-handed. It is worth allowing a few extra minutes in the window for these addresses, though it rarely changes the day.
Hotels and private apartments
We deliver regularly to The Lanesborough at Hyde Park Corner and to the Bulgari in Knightsbridge, as well as to serviced apartments along Sloane Street and Cadogan Gardens. For a hotel, give the guest’s full name and their check-in date, and the flowers are handed to the concierge to be taken up — the room number is rarely known in advance and is never needed from you.

Knightsbridge and Chelsea send and receive more gifts between neighbours than any other part of our delivery map. A great deal of what we take there goes a few hundred metres: a thank-you the morning after dinner, something for a birthday two streets away, a welcome for a friend who has just exchanged on a flat.
The arrangements that suit these addresses tend to be the ones that need nothing doing to them on arrival. Our velvet boxes are arranged and watered in the studio and can be set straight onto a console or a coffee table, which matters when the recipient is out and a porter is signing. Where you would prefer something to be held in the hand, a wrapped bouquet is the better choice.

The details that decide the day here
Requesting a particular hour
Deliveries run between 8am and 9pm and we do not promise an exact time — traffic through Knightsbridge decides more than we would like. If there is an hour that matters, write it in the additional delivery information box at checkout and we will build the route around it where we can. Because these postcodes are close to us, we manage it here more often than elsewhere.
If the recipient is out
Our driver telephones the recipient, then you. Where there is a porter or a concierge the flowers are left with them; where there is not and it is safe to do so, they are left out of the sun with your card. Otherwise we bring them back and deliver again once we have spoken to you.
Keeping it a surprise
We may telephone the recipient to check they are in. If you would rather they were not contacted at all, say so in the order notes and nobody will call them — we will work it out with the porter instead.
If you do not know the address
Order as usual, put your own address in for now, and write “address to be confirmed” in the notes with the recipient’s name and mobile number. We contact them discreetly to arrange a time without saying what is coming.

Knightsbridge and Chelsea are inside our central London area, so delivery is calculated by postcode and shown at checkout before you pay. Standing orders and company accounts are quoted with delivery included.
