How it works
From the market to the door
The order takes about a minute online. What happens afterwards is the part we care about most.

You order online, at any hour
Choose the arrangement and size, write the card, pick the delivery date, and add any request in the additional delivery information box. Nothing needs arranging by phone.

The flowers are chosen at the market
Early the same morning, by us, at the flower market: English-grown flowers in season, Dutch varieties and Ecuadorian roses. Nothing is ordered unseen.

Made and photographed in the studio
Every arrangement is finished, checked against the photograph you ordered from, and photographed before it leaves. Ask, and we send you the picture.

Delivered by hand
Almost always by our own team in our own vehicles, never posted or sent through a parcel network. Boxes travel upright; bouquets are carried in our turquoise bag. You receive a message the moment it has been handed over.
Where
Every London postcode
From Hampstead to Wimbledon and from Chiswick to Canary Wharf. Most of our deliveries go to the areas opposite, and each has its own page on how delivery works at that address. We do not deliver outside London.
Requesting a time
Deliveries are made between 8am and 9pm, and we do not promise a particular hour: London traffic decides more than we would like. If there is a time you would prefer, write it in the "additional delivery information" box at checkout and we will plan the route around it wherever we can.
Hotels, offices and apartment buildings
We deliver daily to hotels including The Lanesborough, The Ritz, The Peninsula, the Bulgari, Claridge's and The Dorchester, to apartment buildings in Knightsbridge and Belgravia, and to offices in the City and Canary Wharf. Give the full name of the guest or employee and, for hotels, the check-in date; the flowers are handed to the concierge, porter or reception.
If the recipient is not at home
The driver calls the recipient, and then you. Where it is safe, the flowers are left with a porter, a neighbour or in a sheltered place with a card; otherwise we bring them back and deliver again once we have spoken to you. Fresh flowers are never left in the sun.
Keeping it a surprise
Our team may call the recipient to confirm they are in. If you would rather they were not contacted, say so in the order notes and the driver will not call them.
If you do not know the address
Order as usual, enter your own address for now, and write "address to be confirmed" with the recipient's name and mobile number in the order notes. We contact them discreetly to arrange it, without saying what is coming.
Delivery cost
Calculated by postcode and shown at checkout before you pay. Standing orders and company accounts are quoted with delivery included.
What is, and is not, in the box
The flowers and your card. Never an invoice, never a price. Your receipt is emailed to you.
