For spontaneous gestures, we offer a dedicated Same-Day service for orders placed before 3:00 PM. This service is available exclusively for items in our Same Day Collection.

Delivery Window: Please note that Same-Day deliveries are routed via our evening couriers and may arrive up to 9:00 PM.

NEXT-DAY & WEEKEND DELIVERY

• Next-Day Delivery: Place your order by 10:00 PM for delivery the following day.
• Sunday Delivery: Please place your order by Friday at 10:00 PM to guarantee a Sunday arrival.
  
  

TIMED DELIVERY REQUESTS
Our dedicated drivers navigate the entirety of London to ensure your flowers arrive in pristine condition. Due to the unpredictable nature of London traffic, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times.

Requests: If you require a specific time frame, please email info@lagrandebeaute.com or call our studio. We will endeavour to accommodate your request where logistically possible.

RECIPIENT AVAILABILITY

If the Recipient is Not Home:
Our priority is always a direct handover. If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will attempt to contact you for instructions. If we cannot reach you, we will leave the arrangement in a secure, sheltered location (such as a porch or with a trusted neighbour) and leave a notification card.

Contacting the Recipient:
To ensure a seamless delivery, our driver may contact the recipient to confirm they are home. Planning a surprise? If you strictly do not want us to call the recipient, please state this clearly in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout.
