We always strive to make the arrangements to be same as pictured in the product photo.

Most of the time, the arrangements will look very similar to the ones featured on this website. However, please be advised that substitutions may need to be made based on season, availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. 

The "look and feel" of La Grande Beaute arrangements featured will remain the same, with our designers paying careful attention to overall shape, size, style, and colour combinations. 

In La Grande Beaute Arrangements, colour will take preference over the type of the flower. If we are out of a specific flower, the designer may substitute it with a similar flower of an equal or greater value that is similar to the color featured on the website. 

We will arrange to accommodate a delivery time as per your request. However, because of multiple variables, including the traffic in London, we DO NOT GUARANTEE deliveries at a specific time.

However, you can request a delivery time frame by writing us an email, and we will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame.

Holiday, rush orders, and deliveries during peak business traffic may encounter some delays, please allow some flexibility or extra advanced time to ensure delivery on schedule.

We can make contact with your recipient on your behalf if you can provide a contact number for the receiver. In this instance, please place an order for collection and contact us via email or WhatsApp, requesting that we make contact with the recipient to get the appropriate delivery address.
