Events

The room is the brief.

Entrances, table flowers and installations for launches, private dinners, weddings and press days across London. Designed to the space, built by our own team, cleared the same night.

We are given a room, a date and a feeling. The rest is ours.

What we are asked for

Entrances

The first thirty seconds

Doorways, staircases and reception desks. The piece guests photograph before they have taken their coats off, and the one that sets the register for everything behind it.

Dinners

Tables people sit at

Long tables, rounds and place settings, kept low enough to talk across. Candlelight considered from the outset, because most dinners are seen in it.

Installations

Suspended and structural

Ceiling work, arches, and pieces built to the architecture. Rigged safely, installed overnight where the venue requires it, removed without trace.

Press & launches

Built to be photographed

Backdrops, product plinths and step-and-repeat florals, designed for the camera first — colour, depth and scale that hold up in a photograph.

How an event runs

Four stages, and we hold all of them.

I The visit

We see the room, measure it, and speak to the venue. Most decisions are made standing in the space.

II The proposal

Concept, palette, quantities and costs, with references. Two working days for most events.

III The build

Our own team installs, on the day or overnight, to the venue’s access times.

IV The clear

Removed the same night or the following morning. The room is left as we found it.

What shapes the cost

  • The scale of the room and the height of the work
  • Flower choice and what the season allows
  • Access and install window — overnight builds cost more
  • Hire pieces: vessels, plinths, structures
  • Whether the event is one evening or several days
  • Distance, parking and loading at the venue

Practicalities

  • Venue documentation provided on request
  • Six weeks’ notice preferred for large installations
  • Shorter lead times considered, subject to availability
  • Overnight and early-morning installs by arrangement
  • One named contact from first call to final clear
  • Accounts and invoicing for repeat corporate clients

Tell us the date.

Send the date, the venue and roughly what you have in mind. We reply the same working day, and large installations are quoted on availability.
