Same Day Delivery is available if ordered before 3PM (Please note that deliveries may be made up to approximately 9PM) from our Same Day Delivery Collection only. Please contact us to be able to checkout.

Next Day Delivery available if ordered before 10PM.
For Sunday deliveries please order by Friday 10PM.

REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES:

Because of multiple variables, including the traffic in London, we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However, you can request a delivery time frame by sending us an email to info@lagrandebeaute.com, and we will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame. In addition, you are always welcome to call, so that one of our team members can handle your request personally.

IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME:

In the case that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you provided us with special instructions. While we do our due diligence to reach you, if we miss you we may leave the delivery in a safe place, such as in a shaded area on the front porch or with a neighbour, or we may leave a message to call to arrange for future delivery.

We may need to contact the recipient to ensure someone will be home to accept delivery or to confirm the address unless you tell us not to contact them in the special instruction box when completing your order.
